• Believe in what NLMET stands for - that poverty and suffering are injustices which, by working for NLMET, you can help to overcome.
• Want to make a difference.
• Be flexible, adaptable and ready to meet new challenges; whatever the challenge, you'll demonstrate a "can do" approach, which emphasises getting things done.
• Work cost-effectively, recognising that donors have often made great sacrifices to provide the funds for NLMET to do its work.
• Observe our Code of Conduct and other policies at all times, and in particular uphold our commitment to the protection of children and young people.
